10. If I use the E-Clk email program to process
my mailings, what limitations are there?
There are no limitations! The E-Clk emailing program is a full feature,
state-of-the-art email management and delivery program. It will allow you to
sent out HTML and text email messages and handles all areas of list management,
including unsubscribers. To insure the integrity of the email list, we
must upload the names you purchase upon delivery. No other email names may be added to
the E-Clk program unless purchased from us and only if we upload the
names at the time of delivery. This way only names that were
opted-in can be included in the program. This protects both you and us against
claims of unsolicited emails since only true opt-in names have been added.
